Compliance training for healthcare teams, assigned by role, with an attestation record built to survive an audit: HIPAA, OSHA, cybersecurity, RCM and credentialing tracks.
LaborGenie provides required workforce training. It does not provide accredited continuing education (CE/CME) contact hours.
Founder
Andrew Eriksen
Andrew builds businesses and the technology that helps them run. His work spans healthcare operations, enterprise technology, revenue leadership and applied AI.
In 2008 he started Physician Practice Specialists and Provider Enrollment Services to serve the operational needs of healthcare organizations. That experience still shapes how every brand in this portfolio is built: start with the people doing the work, understand the constraints, and make the product useful inside their day.
He joined Continuant as Vice President of Demand in May 2023, became CRO that October, and added CTO responsibility in June 2024; his title today is CTO & CRO. Holding both roles means a technical idea has to make sense for the business, and a commercial promise has to be supported by what the technology can deliver. He co-founded Metolius Health in June 2025 and founded AlevatedOS in January 2026.
Across the brands he builds, the questions stay the same. What problem is worth solving? What would make the solution useful enough to become part of someone's routine? And how does that usefulness become a durable business?
Continuant and Metolius Health are listed for context. They are separate organizations and are not part of the Alevated Holdings portfolio.
