Privacy notice

Who this covers

This notice describes what Alevated Holdings collects through this website and how it is used. It does not cover the websites or products of the individual brands listed on this site. Each of those operates independently and publishes its own privacy policy.

What we collect

The inquiry form. When you send a licensing or partnership inquiry we collect what you type: your name, email address, organization (if you give one), the type of inquiry, the brands you select, and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from, the referring page if your browser shares it, your browser's user-agent string, and the country your request came from. We do not store your IP address in the inquiry record.

Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the IP address and request details of every visitor to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse. We do not combine those logs with your inquiry.

Cookies and analytics. This site sets no cookies of its own and currently runs no analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.

Fonts. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address and browser details in the same way any web host does. Google's own privacy policy governs that request.

How we use it

We use what you send to read, route and answer your inquiry. If your inquiry concerns a specific brand we may share it with the people responsible for that brand so they can respond. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list because you wrote to us.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The form is processed on Cloudflare's network. Both providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as it is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can refer back to the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you would rather not use the form, you can email us directly instead.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here before they take effect.
